Our ship days to Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please plan accordingly for time critical shipments.
Orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship on the next working day.

We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive as soon as possible. Business days are Monday through Thursday - we do not ship on Wednesdays,Fridays,Saturdays and Sundays. Wall decals require extra processing time and will ship within 1 to 3 business days of ordering.
Most of our products ship from Nashua, New Hampshire, so West Coast orders will take the longest delivery time.
We do our best to ship your order quickly, which does not always allow time to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when we are able.
We are happy to say that we do not use those annoying packing peanuts!(except in extreme rare cases when we feel they are needed)
Select items will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing and delivery time which is noted on the product and in your shopping cart. Expedited shipping is not available on drop-shipped items. Drop-shipped items are clearly marked within the individual product descriptions. Our suppliers mainly ship via FedEx Shipping method used is at their discretion.
We ship by USPS Postal Service and UPS. You choose the method you prefer during checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the dimensional weight of the order, which takes both the box weight and dimensions into account. All Expedited orders are shipped via UPS.

Note regarding USPS shipments: Unfortunately, USPS First Class Mail Letter, Packages & Priority shipments out of NH are still experiencing delivery delays.
In some cases delivery can take longer depending on the ship method.
USPS is still working to catch up from delays throughout the year.

- Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via US Postal Service only.
Do not include weekends or holidays in your calculations for delivery of your package. (For example, an order placed on Friday before 12:00 PM EST and shipped UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Monday.)
If you are unsure of the best shipping method, need to receive your order by a certain date or on a Saturday, please call Customer Service at 1-888-242-6633 or 603-318-7200 Mon-Thurs 9:00 to 5:30 EST so we can help you choose the best shipping method.
We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.
If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please Do Not refuse the package(s) as a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Our apologies, we are no longer accept payment, billing and shipping outside the US at this time.
Some large items may require delivery via freight. Charges for freight shipping may not be able to be calculated online, but you will be notified of shipping costs as quickly as possible and will be charged only after your approval is obtained. Freight charges will vary depending on item(s) and shipping destination.
- Orders shipped by freight can only be delivered to locations with a street address and phone number.
- Delivery must be signed for in person.
- Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your home.
- If delivery arrives with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery.
