Bea's Sandwich Shop, which was on Route 110 in Methuen, MA. What a great place it was for late-night eats. You would get the cutlet which was pounded paper thin, so it was about 3 times the size of the soft roll they served it on and smothered in excellent tomato sauce. They also sold the roll filled with sauce if you didn't have much money.
